Owing to various circumstances beyond our control the trip to Kirkcudbright is not viable. The weather looks iffy for those without an engine and there are serious restrictions in Kirkcudbright because of the town’s tattoo, therefore, its plan B.
We are going to cruise in company to Red Haven Beach which is about half way down the west side of Torr Point. Once there we will anchor, go ashore and have our picnic. The intrepid, adventurous or daft can sail around Hestan Island either on the way there, on the way back or both.
Meet at the Club at 0900 and be ready to go by 1000.
