Kippford Week Social Programme and Catering Arrangements for 2011

As most club members will be aware we still do not have a Social Secretary.

Tickets will be available at the Kippford Week briefing meeting which will take place on Saturday 30th July at 5.45pm and then after racing on Sunday.

There will be no lists and no pre-bookings taken this year. We will try to give competitors and volunteers priority for tickets.

The Commodore's Reception Party - Monday 1st August - at 7.00pm.

Any pirates and mermaids will be particularly welcome and there is a special prize for the best guise.

Each boat entry will be allocated free tickets (1 for single hander / 2 for double and cruiser entries)

Extra tickets may be bought for £5 each.

Quiz Night - Tuesday - 7.30pm for 8pm

No ticket required £1 per person to enter - winning team takes all - max. 6 in a team.

Hog Roast Wednesday - 6pm

£15 per person, £8 for under 10's

Ceilidh -Thursday - 8pm

Lots of fun! £5 per person

Prizegiving - Friday - after racing.

Catering Arrangements and Prices

Sunday - Soup & rolls after.

Monday & Tuesday - Bacon rolls before racing and Soup/Rolls/Pie & Beans after

Wednesday - Bacon rolls before racing (no catering after as Hog Roast evening).

Thursday & Friday - Bacon rolls before racing & Soup/rolls after.
