Kippford Week & Regatta 2009

3rd - 8th August

Days 1 & 2 had heavy wind and swell which left a trail of damage through the fleet. Seven broken or bent masts and two severely damaged boats and needless to say countless capsizes.

Days 3 to 6 were breezy, sunny with sparkling seas and superb sailing.
