The membership of the Solway Yacht Club currently stands at 287 memberships, many of whom are actively involved in the Club's activities - both on and off the water.

Annual Subscription Rates for 2011 (January to December)

(A 10% reduction applies to membership renewals before 14th February)

Single Membership - £107.00

Husband & Wife (exclusive of children) £130.00

Family (includes one or more Cadet members) - £152.00

Cadet (under 18) - £22.00

Youth (under 26 and in full time education) - £34.00

Associate (Over 18 and no boat sailed from SYC) - £47.00

Senior (Former full member, over 70 & no boat sailed from SYC) - £47.00

Temp (inc VAT) - £32.00 per week

Joining Fee - £32.00

Club WIFI - £10.00 per annum

Moorings in the Urr Estuary are managed by the Urr Navigation Board to whom application should be made.

Parking Charges (summer only):
1. Tender/sailing dinghy/power boat
(with no fixed berths):- £6 per metre
2. Multihull over 2m beam: - £9 per metre
or part thereof LOA
3. Inflatable dinghy storage in garage £36
4. Trailer sailer/power boat (with fixed berths): -
£25 per metre or part thereof LOA
5. Summer storage of trailers behind clubhouse:-
£6 per metre or part thereof LOA
6. Boats over-wintered which are not
removed in April will be subject to a Summer
storage charge equal to the Winter charge

Over-wintering on hard-standing on pier and behind clubhouse (winter 2011/12):
7. Trailer sailers/ power boats/ cruisers:-
£25 per metre or part thereof LOA
8. Multihulls over 3m beam: -
£37.50 per metre or part thereof LOA
(NB: catamarans at 1½ times the above fees)
